Check in and out was easy; room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. AC worked well and we had a nice view of a pond from our window. Parking is 5 pounds a day. There is a restuarant / bar onsite but we did not dine in.

Evening meal poor - service very amateurish Later had to vacate when fire alarms went off but no information provided as to what happened etc….we all sort of drifted back once the alarm had been stopped but no one told us ok to do so

Room was fine. Restaurant and Bar very good. Breakfast and Dinner very good. We were attending a show at Bristol Hippodrome and could not fault the location and efficient pick up by Uber.

We booked a room for three adults. Unfortunately, the room had only been set up for 2 but this was very quickly rectified by Mandy.

Having to pay for parking, it’s a massive site with plenty of parking and it felt stingy charging for parking in the own spacious grounds.
