Bei unserer Ankunft in Helsinki haben wir die Nachricht erhalten, dass das Appartement überbucht ist und uns nicht zur Verfügung steht. Das einzige Alternativangebot des Gastgebers war sehr weit außerhalb und daher für uns unpassend. Wir hatten bereits im Januar gebucht und bezahlt und waren bei unserer Anreise am 01.04. entsprechend frustriert, nun dennoch ohne Unterkunft dazustehen. Wir hielten die Nachricht zunächst für Spam, da uns so etwas noch nie passiert ist, und nun ausgerechnet in Finnland! Booking war dann hilfreich bei der Suche nach einer neuen Unterkunft und der Rest des Urlaubs verlief ohne Pannen.
