Location. Room had hot tub. Whole reason I booked it!!!!!

Our room had smears on the wall that looked like blood or something. Tub looked disgusting and therefore I couldn’t use it. There was a broken cabinet in the room.

Breakfast was better then expected

The room was to be an assisted room for disabled. The bed mattress sat below my knee. Not sure if the hotel was thinking of a person who needed to transfer from a wheelchair to the bed, and that is why so low. But I have to have a higher bed due to mobility issues not being able to stand from a low bed. Had to switch rooms with family member for a higher bed to stay. Disappointing but worked out fine. Would stay there again but would not ask for a handicap accessible room, next time, just a normal room that has a higher bed.
