Seven Gables Inn, St Louis West, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Historic building more like a Bed and Breakfast without the breakfast. Loved the heated toilet seat with built in bidet!

I have stayed here for years. However, the staff is short handed and rooms are not made up during stay. Only on check out. Also, the hot water was out in one room so I had to change rooms. That room took 10 mins of water running before it got hot. I am from drought country and it’s hard to let it run for so long…

Unique building and beautiful large rooms. Great bathroom my husband loved the heated toilet seat!

Air conditioner rattled all night long making sleep difficult. TV was mounted on a side wall, rather than the wall opposite the bed, so watching it was difficult. The desk clerk did not even know what a wake-up call was and could not provide us with one. We had stayed here several times in the past and were always pleased with the experience, but this visit was particularly disappointing.

We had several family members stay here for a special occasion and all were pleased with their stay! The rooms were nice (especially the bathrooms, which include heated toilet seats, bidets, and TV screens), the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the hotel restaurant was also very nice. Highly recommend.

I thought it was pretty decent. However, there was a wedding during my stay that closed the bar. I also thought the front desk could've been more helpful but they were occupied my the wedding party. All in all, I thought it was ok, not the greatest but not exceptional either.

Very pleasant and unique experience! Extremely beautiful property, cozy and clean rooms, and super friendly staff!!

No windows that I could see out of and bar closes to early.

The hotel is very nice. However they advertise in the room a euro style continental breakfast starting at 7 am. At 7:15 on Sat, 5/8 nothing had been set up. I asked the receptionist. She said they do a fuller breakfast on Sundays. That is not what the book in the room said. The breakfast comprised a tray of otis spunkmeyer muffins and some other low budget packaged items and was ready around 7:45 (taking about a half hour to set up?). I am sorry. If something is advertised in the room, the hotel should be committed to providing it.

Remodeled very nicely very clean and roomy would totally recommend
