👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel’s strongest advantage is its location. It is well positioned, making it easy to reach Madrid’s main attractions and move around the city conveniently. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent. 👍🏻The service was consistently good throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever assistance was needed. 👍🏻The restaurant offered tasty food with a good variety of options, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. 👍🏻Our room was approximately 25 square meters, which was adequate for two guests and acceptable for three at most. The room amenities were good, housekeeping standards were satisfactory, and the bathroom was well maintained. The shower worked properly, and all requested toiletries, towels, and additional items were promptly provided. The furniture was acceptable and functional, although not particularly impressive for a hotel in this category. If asked whether I personally consider this a true five-star hotel, I would say it feels closer to a good four-star property rather than a five-star one. That said, our overall experience was positive. We enjoyed our stay, had a pleasant time in Madrid, and would consider the hotel a comfortable and well-located option, particularly for travelers who prioritize location and service over luxury accommodations.

👎🏻 The lobby and main entrance create a strong first impression and largely reflect the standards expected from a five-star hotel However, once you move to the upper floors, there is a noticeable decline in the overall look and feel. The atmosphere no longer conveys the same five-star experience presented in the public areas. 👎🏻👎🏻 The main drawback of our stay was the noise insulation. We could clearly hear traffic and street noise from outside, doors opening and closing in neighboring rooms, and even movement from rooms above us. The acoustic insulation falls below what would typically be expected from a five-star property and had a noticeable impact on comfort, relaxation, and sleep quality.

RoomsRoom service is poor for a five-star hotel; They don't ensure shampoo, body wash, and hand soap are refilled daily, and you have to ask room service when needed. SafetyUpon returning to my room after a long day, I found the door open and a cut throat razor knife on the table. When I contacted security, they suggested it might have been a cleaning staff member. When I asked why she was carrying such sharp objects, they explained that it was a contracted cleaning company, as the hotel doesn't have its own cleaning staff. When I requested to speak with the hotel manager, the receptionist informed me that the manager is only available in the mornings and that no one else is available to speak with him. Unfortunately, we don't feel safe at the hotel. This made me feel unsafe and very concerned about the security of the room. I wish to add on to my review earlier, after being told that I can only meet up with the manager in the morning which ended up being reception manager, they proved nothing but to never book with this hotel in the future. They even kept the same housekeeping lady to clean the rooms even though when they ran everything thru the card reader it was clearly housekeeping!!!!!! They did absolutely nothing 0 hospitality and 0 actions taken they only hear from you and tell you to do whatever actions you want but from their side the maximum they can do is change the room, if the hotel manager wants to keep the reputability of this place the least they can do is let the hotel manager reach out to me and have an explanation for everything and show me clear actions to be taken because the management here doesn’t know how to take any actions in such situations!!!

lovely room, large, comfortable bed, terrific bathroom, good air con, i liked having the facilities available (pool, spa, bar) although didn’t have time to use. pricing seemed okay. I liked the large lobby having plenty of seating. the water fountain was a nice touch. i was grateful to be given a keyring, some eau de toilette.

a spacious (but useless) hallway meant the bedroom itself was less spacious than i hoped. i was a bit disappointed the bar was small and busy every evening so i didn’t use it. it is probably more of a business hotel than a romantic hotel.
