Property was excellent. We were on The Level with terrace. We also got the package for free food and drink during certain times of the day. Very good value

What I found that it was difficult to have lunch by the pool as the birds flew over your head trying to get food off of the plate. Some were large birds . They were also messing on the floor do not good. We also didn’t think the food was up to standard for this class of hotel. The staff at the bar were not very professional

The hotel Is located near Plaza de Espana and only 15-20 minutes of easy walk from all main tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful terrace. Excellent Wifi.

Location

Air conditioning not sufficient for the heat. Asked three times for it to nor looked at but it never was. We were busy ata function so weren’t able to chase every day
