Our stay was extremely disappointing. We experienced unauthorized charges on our account, which were never properly resolved. Another major issue was housekeeping repeatedly insisting on entering our room despite our “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed. We work overnight shifts, clean the room ourselves daily, and informed the front desk of our schedule. Even after communicating this, housekeeping continued to wake us and pressure us to leave the room so they could clean. We were also improperly charged for our service animal. In addition, staff questioned why we had a service animal, which was both inappropriate and contrary to the protections afforded to individuals with service animals. Considering the amount we paid, the experience was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here, and I will never stay at this property again.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. We experienced unauthorized charges on our account, which were never properly resolved.
