"No volveré nunca a un hotel de esta cadena."

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado en el salon y en 1 habitación cuando en Madrid hacía 40 grados. Se comunicó al hotel y dijeron que no habia mantenimiento. El trato fue horroroso porque no nos decian nada ni nos cambiaron de habitacion. Nos trajeron 2 ventiladores pequeños de juguete. Luego a la noche después de protestar nos dijeron que nos devolvían el 10%. Seguimos protestando porque queríamos 1 habitacion en condiciones con aire acondicionado y entonces nos dijeron la devolucion del 25%. Un cachondeo........ porque no lo solucionaron. Fue un desastre de fin de semana en familia en Madrid. No volveré nunca a un hotel de esta cadena.

"Very nice, but there's something in the walls."

We heard a lot of noise in the walls. My husband thought there was a racoon. Then we figured out it was the water from the above unit, so we wondered if it was a leak. The noise was annoying.
