Os funcionários são no geral muito pouco simpáticos, disponíveis e atenciosos. O quarto era muito mal insonorizado e com aspecto velho. As cortinas estava muito sujas. Alguns materiais apresentavam desgaste e outros foram reparados de forma desleixada.
