A hora de ir embora de este pesadelo e péssimo hotel em decadência

Chegámos as 1:30 com 2 crianças cansados e o recepcionista estáva de mau humor e demorou 40 minutos a fazer i check in , além de isso disse que o parque de estacionamento estava lotado mas como disse ter escolhido o hotel por ter parque fechado veio de pois outra funcionária e disse que como o carro era eléctrico que devia ter parque , entrei e tinha mais de 12 vagas ! Mas o carregador não travalhava chegámos ao quarto cheirava mal , reclamei e trocaram o quarto , o segundo quarto tinha o ar condicionado avariado e fazia um barulho enorme e além de isso ouvia se o barulho da rua pois as janelas são antigas e não isolam nada , o terceiro quarto esse já estava limpo sem cheiro e o ac trabalhava bem , resumindo a minha pior experiência de hotel até hoje , não aconselho a nimguem

Mucho solárium pero en otra zona aparte de la piscina y la zona de hamacas de la piscina se queda pequeña con tanta gente Bar cerrado y sustituido x máquinas de vending Sin personal en la zona de la piscina

El trato del personal

Considero que el precio de la estancia es elevado para lo que realmente ofrece el hotel. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el personal: un 10 rotundo por su atención. Sin embargo, las instalaciones son muy antiguas y evidencian una gran falta de mantenimiento, algo inaceptable para el coste por noche. Tanto en la recepción como en los pasillos y la habitación se percibe un olor a humedad bastante desagradable. Dejo esta puntuación y crítica con pena, pero con la firme intención de que sirva de toque de atención, ya que es un sitio muy bonito que no debería dejarse perder por falta de inversión.
