Property had all if which I needed and very accessible to downtown and easy travel to all connecting roads to any direction

Seeing as there is on the property an open parking lot around the buildings specifically for registered guests…. there definitely should Not be an extra fee…. for the parking… period! It is no more secure( unsupervised) or protected from the current weather than 90% of the hundreds of hotels I have stayed at in my lifetime…. that do not charge extra… as in I am using the property parking at my risk….. charging extra swings that risk for any loss onto the property….

"Comfortable, good location, declining services"

Online checkin now long and tedious. Do it at the hotel. Airport shuttle now 8am to 8pm only. They don't call an early or late taxi, so Lyft, Uber or cab and guest pays. Wifi fine but slow. Otherwise, comfortable, clean, quiet room.

Bed comfort, quiet, parking ($10/day for park and fly), inexpensive king room

Mixup at checkin, Booking.com not recorded. Hotel fixed it. No airport shuttle until 8am, taxi needed at 5am. Staff did call fot a cab.

"Clean and quiet but didn’t like paying for parking"

Good location near the hospital. Clean

Didn’t like being charged $10.00 to park in the parking lot! Which was not even half full. Facility has a parking lot! Why charge people to come and stay there? This fee was not included or shown with booking.com
