Fairfield Inn Manchester - Boston Regional Airport

This is a typical Fairfield Inn. Quiet location, friendly management. I was driving through and stopped here.

Everything was great. The staff was able to arrange my rooms to be next to each other. Great breakfast. No noise. We will be back!

There was nothing I didn't like.

I would say a worst Marriott hotel I have stayed. As soon as we checked in to the room it looked fine, but later on the cockroach started walking from behind the TV unit, there were spider webs just next to AC unit, pillow had blood stains on them, the bathroom wall had some kind of hand print stain of red color which is visible. When I went down to inform the same at the front desk there was no one and the agent came almost after 15 mins. When I informed him about the same he apologized and offered a room change, but after driving for almost 5 hours I was not in a mood to change and we continued in the same room. The wifi in the room was unstable. But I would request the management to check the quality of the room before providing it to the guest. Also the hotel needs renovation.

It was not very clean we have been staying at this hotel for our casino Dave and buster date nights for over a year, we have watched the cleanliness decline during this time. The rooms the hallway and the stair wells.

Our first night, we discovered stained bedding with hairs that were not ours. The shower shelf also had what appeared to be pubic hairs, which was extremely unsettling and raised serious concerns about cleanliness. The shower head was not properly fastened to the wall, adding to the overall sense of poor maintenance. There were visible rips in the wallpaper, strange stains on the walls, and the heater/AC unit was dirty and covered in dust. The main lobby frequently smelled like sewage, making common areas unpleasant. The pillows were beyond poor quality—flat, uncomfortable, and felt as though they were filled with dust rather than proper support. The breakfast buffet was equally disappointing. If you enjoy watery eggs, this breakfast is for you. Overall, this property is run down and does not meet the cleanliness, comfort, or quality standards expected from a Marriott-branded hotel. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
