The hotel and staff were great, however we asked for a quiet area because we were tired from several days of travelling, and several other stays that were not restful. We were told we were getting the quietest room in the building, only to have a barking dog on one side and people being very loud until 5am the the other room next to us. And then to make matters worse there was a stranger knocking on our door early in the morning and my husband answered he walked away, only to come back later to knock again, this time we didn’t answer. And then when we were checking out he was lurking in the hallway on the 4th floor and then in the breakfast room. So needless to say we had a very disturbing stay and at top prices for that night to boot. Very disappointed.

I have stayed at this chain numerous times and I found this particular hotel to be below my expectations. Despite the room being large, there was no luggage rack, and I had to keep my suitcase on the floor. There was no towel to place on the floor near the shower, and so I had to use one of the hand towels for this. While there was a holder for a Kleenex box, there was no Kleenex box inside. The basin was in the bedroom instead of the bathroom. While this was ok, the lighting was too weak to be useful. Regarding service, the guy at the front desk was completely glued to his cell phone and never once looked up from his phone during the five or six times I passed through the lobby. If I were in town again, I would stay elsewhere.
