Being close to my mother in law's home and the hospital she was in. It kept us out the cold only

Room 127 was not at all the best when you showered the water ran out from the vanity sink drain onto the floor. Room service had an attitude from hell, asked a simple question refused to answer correctly. The maids are not friendly and to many live ins, I would not recommend anyone to stay there at all.

Never stayed there cause I am handicapped and when I arrived I was told there was no working elevator and I’d need to carry my luggage up to the second floor so I canceled both nights reservations and was told to call booking.com for a refund. NEVER GOT REFUND THEY STOLE MY MONEY!
