This place is disgraceful. I checked in around 11:30pm after a lengthy commute. My room was just steps from the elevator. Immediately after stepping inside and closing the door behind me, there was a roach that crawled up and out through the space between the top of the door and the door panel. Eek! I turned on the light in the bathroom and saw another roach scurry on the floor. I step into the bathroom and there’s another roach on the shower head. In the bedroom another roach crawled on the wall. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, there was a roach.. INSIDE. THE. MINI. FRIDGE! There were crumbs on the bed and hair that looked like it was from a previous guest in the shower stall. Save your many and stay somewhere else!

We had an annoying number of layovers/delays. When we got to the hotel around 10:30 PM, the night clerk was not very helpful. It took three attempts for the code card to allow us to enter the room. When we finally got into the room, it looked fine, but there were issues. The mattress was ancient and too soft to be comfortable, and many of the fixtures were not in great shape. On the third day, we had a significant amount of time and trouble getting a room refresh (including sheets, towels, etc.). We finally got the refresh at 8:15 PM. The housekeeping staff member had an actual paper list of rooms that needed refreshing. There were literally only two staff housekeeping members. This is for a hotel that has 120+ rooms. The management staff was not what I would call friendly or helpful.

Terrible experience. Our room was right next to the elevator, which we heard everything. The ding of the elevator, opening and closing of doors, people and kids walking and running, talking, and we heard banging on doors the entire night. Then in the morning we heard yelling, cursing, and loud banging on the door right next to our room. The police were outside, it looks like there was an altercation going on. We were scared to death. Our bathroom did not have a vent, so our bathroom mirror was steamed up and could not utilize it until after the room temperature regulated. Felt dampness the entire room throughout the entire night. Our curtain didn’t have the black out shades so throughout the night it was just the sheer one which everyone can see inside. Horrendous! Never staying here again!

Pool has two tables and 1 lounger so if more than two families or 8 people no place to sit . First person in lobby to great us was rude . The rooms have a musty smell The beds are like sleeping on a squishy pillow you sink and feel like your rolling out of bed . It’s a room thst sleeps 4 and they only had two towels ! Etc had to ask for more. Title room was ready went to room it was still not cleaned. Ok easy fix so asked for a room on main floor. Did not advise thst it was the pet floor !!! So while a first was gone for over 4 hours. We listened to the dog bark non stop !!! Think it’s silly to have dog rooms in the hallway to the pool. Lobby etc But was not told this !! What about allergy’s etc Would be nice to know I was in a pet room ! We would not stay at this hotel again . One women who we did chat with super nice and friendly . She’s a keeper ! Believe the manager . Not sure. She was so nice to our granddaughter and us when we saw her every time. She checked us out . Will not stay at this location again .

Upon checking in the front desk agent didn’t give good direction to finding the room. Went out came back late ready for bed only to realize sheet was dirty. Ask for a change of sheet, got the sheets but had to had to make the bed ourselves. Ready to shower no washcloths. Was just a terrible stay.

To whom I concern a hotels company. Friday, August 30 I checked in late, and tired around 10:30 PM, the room 200, the door from the room it was jam I need a lot of forced to open. The next day I wake up I asked them for another room. They answered was, the hotel is full, that is not room available. Yesterday I tell the front desk to clean up the room while I'm gone, came back around 10PM find out the room was not clean. Ask for two towers at the front desk, they gave it to me, and I told him that why they didn't clean their room. He said that he doesn't know. The room was very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My husband used the exercise room and pool and enjoyed both areas. The buffet breakfast has many options including make your own waffles. My only complaint is that I wish there was a juice option other than orange juice. It’s a pet friendly hotel which enabled us to travel with our cat. We would stay at this hotel again.
