I sent an email requesting an early check in a few weeks prior to my check in. I received an email confirmation with my request and additional information. Although it was not a confirmed approval for an early check in. I called the day of around 10am to get a status update regarding an early check in. The guy that answered said it would be $130 to check in early. Never in my time staying in hotels have I ever paid for an early check in. I've worked in the service industry and hearing that put an immediate poor taste in my mouth. I had to advocate that nowhere in the email confirmation did it suggest a $130 upgrade charge. When I asked if he can direct me on the company website that says this he was not able to provide it. Weirdly he was able to get us an early check in at 1pm without charging us. I know he was trying to take advantage of an out of state traveler. I was in town to visit a family member who was graduating. I feel bad for any family/friends who were conned to pay $130 to be able to make it to their loved ones graduation. Overall, wouldn't stay here again.

I captured and killed a tiny spider underneath the sheets when i went to go to bed i didnt say or show the staff because to no evail - i really could of saved it and showed them because they charged me 20$ two weeks ago because i used a towel to wipe my mouth i was eating chocolate ice cream and they said it staind the towel on top of that they did not give me the staind towel which they should have after i paid 20$ for it
