The rooms were very clean

The bathroom was the size of a coat closet

had a really nice stay at Quality Inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. My room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. Everything felt easy and smooth, from check-in to the rest of my stay. You can tell the team works hard and takes pride in making guests feel at home. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed at! I could tell even before we went inside.There was litter all around the outside. As soon as you walked into the lobby, there was a very pungent smell. When we got to our room, as with every hotel I stay at, I pulled down the cover/blankets to check for cleanliness and noted hair on the sheet! There were also, pen marks on the sheet as well. The sheets were visibly “pilly ”from obvious long use and clearly should have been discarded into the trash a long time ago! I question whether the top duvet/ which is dark and color, is even washed after every guest. We went to the front desk to show him pictures that I had taken and requested that they replace the sheets. We were told housekeeping was at lunch, but he said he would have them do it as soon as they were back from lunch. We left the hotel to get a bite to eat and came back to see that all that was done was the hair was removed and the bed was remade, but no new sheets. I know this because there were pen marks on the sheets and they were still on the sheet! The hallway smelled like marijuana. I was completely disgusted, but at this point we were going to an event and had no time to try to find another place to stay so we had no choice, but to endure this filth! When we got back from our event later in the evening, I could not sleep. The shower was not working properly. The drain hole was all rusted and what I had not noticed until the next morning, was the disgusting toilet! It had not been cleaned properly! I would never normally suggest anyone be fired, maybe be reprimanded, but in this case who ever “cleaned” this room, #151, should be fired! I wouldn’t dare eat anything from the “free” breakfast, as if any indication of the “cleanliness” of this place, spilled onto the food prep or eating area, I wasn’t going to take a chance!

Breakfast same as Hampton inn,less sweets and fruit,missing protein first day, but enough to start the day off. Maybe nit picking,but the plastic silverware was the thinnest I have ever used, the Knife and fork both bent while cutting something, but I managed..free parking, close to restaurants and Walmart for stuff I forgot. 7 minutes to convention center.very very affordable compared with anything in providence
