Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Raynham Middleborough/Plymouth

It was a very clean, quiet and nice hotel. The beds were comfy. We had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was yummy. I would stay there again.

The room had a funky smell when we first arrived. It wasn't terrible so we didn't complain. The beds were comfortable and that's worth almost everything to me. If you want to crash for just the night then you'll probably sleep well. There were 3 things that concerned me. The bathtub was slippery when showering. I almost slipped but I can't imagine if you were traveling with an elderly person. That would be dangerous to them. Even the grab bar did not have any friction to be able to cling to it. We didn't eat the breakfast. Scarce selection and not tasty at all. Lastly was the refrigerator. Barely cool even though it was turned up. We had deli meat in there overnight and had to throw it out because it went bad. I did tell them about the refrigerator. No apology. Just "I tell maintenance". Really disappointing. For over $160 a night, if you want a really nice hotel, go somewhere else.
