USThis hotel is DIRTY!! Clumps of hair in the handicap shower. Corners and baseboards are dirty dirty! Smells like old musty carpet. Shower curtain falls outside the walkin shower so the bathroom floor floods. Tv is tiny with a blue screen so you cannot see the picture. Overall- will not do choice hotels again. This is the First time in years that we’ve tried them. Never again.
A/c not working, matter of fact was dripping and accumulating mildew, carpet soaked, refrigerator not cleaned and no access to 2nd floor for handicapped guests. Bathroom not cleaned.
I travel here for the Central Missouri Renaissance Faire and this is me and my group's favorite hotel to stay in. It's a great location and great value.
Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Only downsides were the hot tub was out of order and the pool water wasn't clean.
Pool was cold, hot tub was closed the tv was so dark you couldn’t see anything on it. The only good thing was the front desk and the bed.
USDated facility was expected for the price of the double, and while at a glance it looked clean... Upon closer inspection, the cleaning was a bit spotty. However we were only there for eight hours so it would be acceptable if you were just going to sleep before continuing your journey. Beds were pretty comfortable.

The hotel is in dire need of maintenance. Hardly any water pressure and most of the light bulbs were burned out.
Hotel website said "mineral spring tub." Much to my dismay, apparently that's hotel lingo for "plain ol bath tub that hasn't been cleaned in years." Would have said something about it to management but I had to be at work early in the morning and didn't have time to argue with anyone about it. The toilet was also dirty. The man at the front desk was less than friendly.
