That i couldnt close the curtains. It was a light shining in every night of my stay.

The room keys deactivate an hour before check out time. Makes coffee runs and checkout difficult.

The young man working the front desk was very friendly and personable. I didn't catch his name, but he had a good vibe. Overall, the hotel was very clean; I did see two bugs, but my room looked like it had been cleaned thoroughly before my stay. In terms of location, it's convenient to downtown Hartford. I had a show at the Bushnell that evening, and it took maybe seven minutes to get there by taxi. Breakfast was decent.

I did see two bugs (one was dead). Apart from that, it's a bit isolated, despite being so close to Hartford. There isn't really much in walking distance, apart from a dispensary.
