Nice room. Clean and quiet. Only thing odd that i noticed was the entrance. No over hang and no easy location to just pull up and check in. It was down pouring when we checked in and when we left. Usually hotels have at least an over hang in the front entrance.

"Good for families, customer service not great"

The room was spacious and adequate for a family of four. There is loads of parking space.

The check-in process was unpleasant. The receptionist refused to check-in part of our party despite presenting the booking details and code because the person who made the reservation was arriving later. Efforts to communicate the different arrival times prior through Booking.com were futile, and the hotel claimed they didn't receive any information from Booking.com. Also, our room wasn't cleaned for the duration of our stay despite requesting housekeeping services.

Não gostei da limpeza , só limpam se o cliente pedir , e mesmo pedindo não limpavam todos os dias , quarto sempre sujo , as meninas da limpeza são ótimas mas só tem autorização para limpar um dia sim um dia não , mas em 6 noites só limparam 2 vezes porque pedi várias vezes . Mas tirando isso o hotel é maravilhoso.
