"Fantastic location with great breakfast."

Great location to anything you want to see and visit in the town. and wonderful view. Boat tours start across the street too. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Ivan from the front desk was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us with internet connectivity.

We asked to extend check out time for 30 minutes and were denied, asking us for 10 euros for it.

"Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and a beautiful location"

The accommodation was exceptionally good, with a comfortable room equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting along the Danube River and provides secure parking. The facilities are excellent, including a swimming pool, sauna, and gym. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety and abundance of food. The staff are extremely friendly, and everything is very clean.

I have no complaints. Everything was excellent.

. Τοποθεσία καλή.

Αναξιόπιστοι. Είχαμε συμφωνήσει μέσω e mail , late check out με έξτρα χρέωση 10 ευρώ / ώρα. Οταν φτάσαμε το ανάιρεσαν λόγω κρατήσεων είπαν. οπότε την τελευταία μέρα περιφερόμασταν για ώρες στην πόλη , με άρρωστη σύζυγο. Οταν φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο έιχε ένα private event ( russian delegation something) και όλα τα σέρβις ήταν κλειστά. Ούτε μπάρ, ούτε εστιατόριο, ούτε room service για έναν καφέ διάβολε !!! αναγκαστήκαμε να βγούμε στη γειτονιά για να φάμε κατι και να πιούμε εναν καφέ. κι ούτε μία συγγνωμη, μιά δικαιολογία. το πρωινό φτωχό και πεθαμένο. η φρεσκάδα είχε μετακομίσει αλλού. πληρώσαμε 186 ευρώ / βράδυ για ένα superior (???) δωμάτιο επειδή είχε ένα μπαλκονάκι στην πλαινή όψη !!!

"Alles höchstklasse"

Das Hotel ist klassisch elegant. Schöne Lobby, klassisch elegante Bar, schöne Flure. Das Hotelzimmer war super geräumig mit super Aussicht auf die Donau. Schöne Blumen am kleinen Balkon. Eines der bequemsten Hotelbetten auf denen ich bis jetzt geschlafen habe. Sehr komfortabel! Super bequeme Kopfkissen und angenehme Bettdecke. Schöner geräumiger Schreibtisch. TV Programme auch top. Badezimmer schön geräumig. Super sauberes Zimmer trotz Teppichboden. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Hotel und Sauna sind für Gäste gratis. Ich würde auf jeden Fall noch einmal dieses Hotel buchen.

Das WLAN war etwas langsam. Auf Grund des Teppichbodens wären Pantoffeln für das Zimmer gang nett gewesen. Sonst alles top.

"Pleasant Short Stay"

Fabulous Location ! Close to all city places of interest within the Old Town and River . Decent size room with river view & comfortable bedspace. Staff are all very professional & friendly. Thank you.

Declined the mini bar service as a €140 security charge was required.. Im sure there is justification for this but was disappointed as I like to sometimes enjoy a cold drink or a glass of wine in the convenience of my room . The Spa facilities only operate from 2pm each day . Would have enjoyed some time here but did not suit my schedule.

Velmi pohodlné postele. Pokoje velké. Snídaně výborné. Hotel v krásném místě hned v centru.

Hotel požaduje předem rezervaci 140 eur na případné využití minibaru. Předem nás na to nikdo neupozornil a částka je relativně vysoká. Na kartě vám blokují peníze i po check out, než to zprocesuje banka. Na pokoji nejsou k dospozici župany a sauna nefunguje. Hotel jsme si vybrali právě kvůli wellness centru, tak jsme byli zklamáni.
