The Lane - Boutique Residence

The location is only a 5 minute walk from the train station and Eyre Square. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. We would especially like to thank Emily for her friendliness in welcoming us. She was happy to make recommendations and directions for getting around Galway. Even recommended a restaurant when we get to Limerick, thanks Emily!

AC didn’t work at first, but staff soon fixed it which was amazing. Parking was full so had to park further away, make sure you reserve parking in advance of your booking to get the best spots

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was a maintenance issue with the rooms that we originally booked, but Emily was all over it and set us up in an apartment, which was very comfortable and even less expensive than our original booking. She even walked us over to the apartment and explained the parking. We did have an issue with the parking folks putting a clamp on the car, despite the parking placard displayed in the car, but Vanessa in the office was incredibly helpful. With her assistance, we were able to pay the fine, get the clamp removed, and start the appeal process. Overall excellent and friendly customer service!!! We really enjoyed the apartment and the location was great as we could walk all over town.

Nice room, very well located close to the city center and the bus station. Quiet location.

The bed was a bit small and too soft. No breakfast.

The rooms were comfortable but small. Staff were good, friendly and helpful.

There were nowhere to hang your towels and the windows did not open. We drove and it was difficult to find the car park

Comfortable bed, large great shower, convenient location in the city, elevator was a bonus and available for pay parking behind residence.

It was a compact room, nice to have a fridge but very tiny. It’s all you really need though. Once we parked we didn’t want to drive from there as driving not so easy to get into parking lot. You definitely need GPS.
