Very good location. Comfortable bed. Lovely pool on the roof with a beautiful view of the city. Extremely friendly staff. Young people at the reception are always at your service and helpful.

There is absolutely nothing I can fault

Lo staff è molto gentile, qualsiasi problema risolvono subito - mi hanno cambiato la stanza dove non funzionava l'aria condizionata, nella camera e nel bagno c'è tutto il necessario. La colazione orientale. Dalla finestra c'è una bella vista, però per arrivare al centro ci vuole un taxi che comunque costa poco.

Nelle camere c'è un odore strano evidentemente perché l'aria non circola.

The internet connection was so poor. No connection at all. No one help for our luggage

I really enjoyed the rooftop pool. It’s not huge, but the view over the river and the city is incredible, especially at sunset.

The breakfast was pretty good with a mix of Western and Vietnamese dishes. Fresh fruit, eggs, noodles — a nice way to start the day.

Ummmm..... the refund. Coffee was good at breakfast.

No Internet, shower didn't work, spa bath didn't work was woken at 4am by the phone ringing twice. We had booked for 5 nights in the VIP suite. Was looking forward to the roof pool, however the roof bar was not staffed so unable to have a drink there. And the area around the pool was not great. Such a shame. Service was so so, we had to find our own room which was a 1st as all the other places we stayed in Vietnam are bags were taken to the rooms and we were then taken to our room and showed around. The breakfast was not good, either cold or no seasoning. Was so disappointed that after 1 night we left and moved to somewhere else. However when we checked out we were offered a different room and the receptionists were very apologetic and professional. We did get a refund which was appreciated.
