We stayed in a remodeled room. Beds and linen had not been updated. Location was out by itself with no restaurants near. New TV was not programmed. but great TV. Ice machine was out of order.

"Probably one of our worst. That location makes Wyndham hotels look very bad."

The bed and linens were fine

Building was in need of repair. None of the electric outlets worked. The chair was broken. The lamp shades were cracked and broken.

The Room was dirty. The floor looked as if it wasn’t swept or mopped. The toilet seat was about to fall off. Room has a hot tub in it that had hair and dirt in it. When plugging in phone charger behind nightstand discovered chips on the floor that were covered in dirt. Plus upon check in the lady at the front said I had to pay a 50 dollar deposit due to paying on line. If this room was refundable I would’ve went somewhere else.

The room was rotting, dirty, and damaged. It did NOT match the consortium in the photos. We found it uninhabitable and left. I was promised a refund when they apologized for the room. It never came.
