Door did not close all the way, rooms are very old, outdated and could use a deep clean. Location is sketch. Front desk lady was asleep and hard to wake up. No staff on property overnight.

unit was clean. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning settings inoperable, cold and loud only. Mattress was worn, soft and saggy. Window wouldn't open and with no AC the room was hot. Motel was located next to freeway but freeway had to be exited prior to seeing sign. To get to location 3 different side roads were required but no directions were given. The desk clerk gave us incorrect driving instructions on 2 different phone calls.

Turned away because we had a cat, when online booking/website said pets accepted. After 12 hours on the road, tired, cranky kids and pets who had had enough we had to load them back in the car and keep driving while trying to find another place to stay. With policies that were different than the website, this was a stressful and awful experience. The hotel itself looks run down and shabby. Do not recommend.

Convenient

Spa tub was not cleaned properly and we were not able to use it. There was no working ice machine on property.

Front desk person was kind.

There was hair everywhere in the bathroom- in the tub, on the wall and wrapped up in the towels. Linoleum was peeling back from the tub, exposing the subfloor. Second story room, floor felt uneven may have moisture exposure/rotted subfloor. Picture frames were visibly screwed into the wall, top and bottom of frame. Linen on bed had hair on sheets, under blanket and on pillows. Would've taken pictures but after finding hair in the towels and bed, was all too eager to leave.

Close to where we needed to be. The bed was very comfortable.

The handle on the toilet was broken and I had to fix it just so we could use the bathroom.
