"The worst experience"

Taking the elevator they had two pictures of the rooms and they looked nice. But when we walked into the room it was dirty, smelly, and the chair was stained. Everything they tried to do "maintenance" on looks like it was done by a person who could care less but also unable to do literally anything right, trust me youll understand once you walk in. We walked in then 15 minutes of deciding we asked for a refund long story short they're liars and we ended up just leaving without a refund they couldnt pay me to stay there. We wouldve taken more pictures but we left so fast.

Customer service wasn’t very good upon arrival Two men talking abd I felt I was interfering upon arrival for check in Bedroom lamp has drywall mudd almost the full length of the pole z d there was sticky gum in two spots on the night stand which tells me the stand was not cleaned Fir the price I laid I would expect better customer service and a cleaner room
