This property said their pool worked it infact was in horrible shape and was not open for use.tge ca in the room we were in was dated and did not cool the room.

Got a little black on a towel and they made us pay $50 for deposit then tried to charge another $150 for next stay when towel just could of been washed

The lady at the front desk here was great! They have updated their rooms, but there is so much riff raff loitering around the property and so much trash everywhere by the back building that just makes it look and feel unsafe. I’m not one that scares very easily but I think I’ll find different accommodations if and when I come back to Abilene.

"Sexist"

The most sexiest experience I’ve ever encountered. I booked my hotel under my own email, login, credit card: with my husband listed as head of household. When I go to check in, they won’t let me check in without his permission to stay in “his” room. She had to email him a form he had to fill out, giving me permission to stay in “his” room… even though he was specific her on the phone, saying it wasn’t his hotel room, that he was 3 hours away. The manager absolutely refused to let me stay without him completely filling out this form, not just a signature.

the place is not what it seems to be in the pictures, walls are thin, my room door didn’t close shut, smelled like cigarettes, wasn’t very clean & THERE WAS A RAT IN MY ROOM!!!! i do not recommend this hotel.

"Roach Motel"

When showing up, we waited 10 minutes in the lobby because there was no one at the front desk to receive, it was said that there would be a light breakfast meaning, of course we all know cereal or coffee or something but there was nothing and again no one at the front desk with the science stating there was no one at the front desk. We will not be staying there anytime in the future The shower fixtures were loose and dripping water, all them outside of the tub and getting the big, huge roaches wet. They were dead on the floor all around which I guess is a good thing they weren’t alive.
