Good location amd the staffs are very accomodating.

there where ants in the room, no window in the room. it was super noisy, we could literally hear everything, it felt like we were sleeping on the hallway. Towels were not clean and partly ripped already

for an hour early check in they will charge 10% and no cable TV.. guest can use his phone if they wanted to watch you tube channel. no proper side tables..

We stayed for one night after arriving from the UK. It was fine as a stop over. Clean, shower with all the amenities. Smooth check-in and out. Location was ok, with some restaurants and bars nearby. Short taxi ride to the port to get to Bohol.

The bedroom was really small, it wasn’t an issue for us as we spent little time there and it was simply to sleep in before moving on. There was a security deposit of around 1000 pesos, which meant we needed to get cash out. Not possible to pay via card.

The front desk man and the security guards were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was a nightmare to find. There was no sign anywhere outside of the building. It took many passes for the taxi driver to finally find the hotel. It would be very helpful if the front desk would notify incoming residents that the hotel is inside the AXA building. When I inquire about the restaurant, one of the front desk girl told me that the restaurant to the right of the front desk is not in any way related to the hotel. She did not even offer a flyer for the restaurant that was on top to the right side of the front desk. She may have woke up in the wrong side of bed because she looked very tired. I asked if anyone knows where Rico's Lechon is, I didn't get any answer except just a blank stare. Why does it take two person to take me to the room when I have no luggage to carry?. They didn't even show me anything in the room except to turn on the lights, gave me the key and left. What a waste of time. No one comes into the room to fix the bed, nor pick up the trash, or clean in the 3 nights I stayed. No, I won't stay nor recommend my friends, family members, or business partners and employees to stay at the hotel.
