Prague Hotel

Perfect location and good hotel! Only small was our room wasn’t cleaned properly during the 7 nights we stayed and the breakfast isn’t great. But the hotel overall was very good value for money with good views over Da Nang and modern rooms.

I loved the location and the breakfast. The staff was friendly and we communicate easily on whatsapp.

I didn't like that the room wasn't like in the picture. It had a small window so not so much natural light

The property was not clean, on arrival still painting the rooms and expected us to sleep there with paint fumes. The rooms did not resemble the photos used on Booking.com.

Good location, right next to the beach. In general good value. Very caring people at reception and the manager Candy.

The photos of the property give an idea that the pool and the gym are way bigger than it is in reality.

Very disappointing experience. The room was already dirty at check-in, and even after the cleaning service the next day, the bathroom was still dirty and poorly maintained. The shower box was in terrible condition, there were cockroaches in the room, and the walls showed clear signs of humidity and water infiltration. On top of that, the overall service was poor and the staff was not welcoming or helpful when these issues were reported. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic hygiene and hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.
