"We understand that the antlers has been around for a while. However, there does not appear to be any"

We liked the manager Scott Dow listening to us and taking notes about everything that was wrong with our stay. The mountain view was nice.

This was for room 1207. The carpet needs to be stretched. I tripped on it several times. The bathroom sink and shower were cracked and chipped. The shower head and the toilet seat were loose. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. We went down to floor 11 and it also didn't work. We finally were able to get some ice on floor 9.

The room and the staff were excellent.

The parking garage!! When leaving the garage, the crossing arm would not rise. We called on the phone number posted at the exit cite. We now are receiving "late charges" in the amount of $94!! This, in spite of my notifying the garage company that we had paid for parking as a part of our check-in procedure at your hotel, and that the garage company should verify that with you, and then CANCEL their late fee!!

"I filled our need for an overnight in Colorado Springs."

Location, staff, price, clean

The hotel needs an upgrade. The Antlers used to be a grand hotel but the rooms are plain and need remodeling. Our room was clean but the woodwork was dinged and fading. The decor didn’t exist. Our bathroom was clean but the door had obvious water damage and the hinge pins were coming out.

"Good value, but parking is a headache!"

Great location right in downtown, unfortunately because it is a North American city, it isn't very walkable and the traffic is a nightmare. Parking is a hassle, you need to validate your plate very time you want to leave (The whole system is computerized, so this is unacceptable, it should just know how long you are staying and remain validated during your stay). The room is nice, a bit dated, but good value.
