Good stay for the price

Fire alarm at 0500 because of smokers , being by the fire door slamming every 30 minutes around the clock, rediculous.

I like how they did go above and beyond and provided make up remover wipes. Haven’t seen those ever in a hotel

The night staff was fantastic. Funny, personable and excellent customer service. They made our stay perfect.

The hotel is older and outdated. The carpet can use some cleaning and TLC. There's an old smell in the hallways and in room. I went to get hot water in the lobby and the floor was sticky and could hear it when I lift up my slippers. The TV in the room was small like 24 inches. I thought it was a computer monitor. On top of all this, the fire alarm went off at 5am in the morning waking up my whole family prematurely. It didn't seem like they had any protocol in place to alert their customers especially folks with disabilities. None of the hotel staff came around to usher folks out or follow up to inform their guests that was a false alrm. It must has been a false alarm because the alarm eventually stopped after 15 minutes or so and the Fire Department didn't even both coming. We were only staying for one night to getaway for my wife's birthday and boy were we woken up by a rude awakening! My whole family was fully awake from that noisy and obnoxious fire alarm so we just goy dressed and checked out. Told the front desk lady that this was by far the worst hotel experience that we've ever had. She apologized and said she understood. I asked for a refund for our terrible stay and experience. She put sent a note to her Manager. I sure hope this establishment has the courtesy to follow up with me and issue me a refund. Getting woken up so early ruined our plans for the day and we ended up just heading home.

The property is in an area of town that it's convenient to walk to just about anything you need to do while staying there. When I entered my room, there was a bad odor in the room. I immediately opened the window to let it air out & eventually the odor went away. I know the building is old so it may have something to do with the air not being circulated when the room is vacant. As I indicated in my last review for my stay in mid April, the building needs some serious updating & the General Manager responded to that review that it will be discussed at a future meeting.

Numerous hairs in the bedding and bathroom. Room stunk of stale cigarettes and whatever else went on in the room. Front desk worker was very nice though.

I have stayed at different hotels during my trips. This is the first time I stayed at a Quality Inn and I was pleasantly surprised. I have had issues at other hotels. Not all, but several. The room at this facility was flawlessly clean, the staff were always friendly, always helpful, and always had a smile. Needed replacement items, they were always quick to serve. The breakfast had several items to choose from and the Manager, DeWayne was a pleasure to meet. Very friendly. I will definitely return to this hotel when my travels take me to that area again. I have attached some pictures, although I did take a nap before taking them and tried to make the bed as well as was done before I slept. Didn't quite duplicate it but you get it. If you choose to go to this hotel I don't think you will be disappointed.

It was close to the military base and the experience was wonderful

Expedia needs to correct their marketing! This hotel did jot provide the items Expedia suggests! Very disappointed!
