Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, the use of the shuttle bus service. Breakfast was fine, as I only have toast. The hot chocolate was a nice bonus of an evening. Having Cracker Barrel right on the doorstep was very handy.

The TV didn't work each day, which then required someone to come reset it, which they did. On the last day, there was no way to adjust the sound, volume not working! I let the front desk know.

Teppichboden dreckig, Haare auf den Kissen!, Ersatzbadetücher mussten wir selber abholen gehen.

The location was great. Very close to the airport. Ample parking.

The property is old, old, old. The check-in staff seemed rote and wishing to be somewhere else. The water pressure left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was pretty pathetic. We were so disappointed with this hotel. We've been to the Fairfield many times before with great results. This one was a dud, unfortunately.
