Location

Pool was in fron of room109 and people and music were loud, door kept slamming and making noise. Couldn't rest.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was tasty, the room was comfortable and the view from the room was great! The handicap toilet was great and the room was toasty warm.

The room smelled stale and the towels did not appear fresh. There was no plug in the tub for the bath. The handicap chair was too big for the tub.

Location near an event I was attending.

They canceled by Booking.com reservation at 12pm the day of my arrival, stating they did not have credit card info, which was not true. When I arrived they "rebooked" us. They marked me as a NO SHOW for Booking.com and I had to dispute it with Booking to avoid a fee. I believe they did this to avoid Booking.com fees or commission. Either way, this has never happened to me and I've used Booking for YEARS!
