Breakfast was great! The two women who prepared the breakfast and kept it stocked are so nice. We always choose this particular location when traveling to Indiana because we can count on it being clean.

The Front Desk Agent was nice.

Bed bug found in room. Couldn't get a refund. Moved to a handicap room with low lumpy bed. Exterior doors slam even when you're trying to be careful. The doors were slamming ALL NIGHT. Not sure what business was being transacted. Conversations were heard through doors, as well as toilets flushing and even water running. Breakfast included tiny muffins. And fruit juice server was not working.

Breakfast was great. The food service took great pride in her work and it showed.

Lack of elevator was fine for me, but if you have mobility issues be aware.

"It’s was awful"

Nothing

Paid and went to the room soon as I pull down the blanket there Was a bed bug. I killed on the sheet took a picture and went and told the front desk. I wanted a refund still haven’t gotten a refund. We went to another hotel.
