Best Western Plus Rancho Cordova Inn

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We had conversations with staff over breakfast, they were very pleasant.

We took showers right before bed and the tub didn’t drain. I could see all kinds of gunk under the drain that wouldn’t allow it to drain. Then got into bed and was just about asleep and a cockroach ran down my neck and back. I killed the cockroach. In the morning my daughter opened the fridge and there is another cockroach at the back of the fridge. We were invited to stay with some friends so we went to make sure we hadn’t left anything in the hotel and there was another cockroach that ran and hid under the phone. We were offered another room, but we decided to pass and stay with our friends the second night. I can handle a cockroach in a third world country, but not Sacramento, California. I expect better when traveling with my family.

I didn’t like that we were down at the pool and there were cockroaches crawling about that I had to keep my grandson off the ground. I didn’t like that when we got back to our room when and got into bed there was a cockroach on our ceiling. Called the front desk. They moved us to another room on the third floor. The AC in that room did not work. Called the front desk again pack up all of our stuff again move to the next room. And it was almost 1130 by the time we were able to actually settle into bed. When I checked out, I asked the front desk clerk to speak to the manager. She wasn’t available. Clerk said that she would speak to the manager. I have given it two days. I have not heard from anyone so now I am leaving them a very poor review.
