Clean comfortable room. Good free breakfast.

Everything was good.

Breakfast was excellent.

Bathroom should be little cleaner. We found few masquitos in bathroom.

Easy on/off interstate

Rundown. Moldy tub with slow drain. Front dest staff had trouble checking in n guests due to browser problems.

I liked the bed and pillows

The bathroom fan didn’t work and the tv reception was terrible. There was hair on the floors and the bathroom didn’t look clean

Some exercise equipment was broken

Phone did not work to request for more blankets.It was too cold to go to lobby because our room was in the next building. We had to share beds to double the blankets. Heater would be bad for my sick son. The upstairs occupants walked so hard, it kept us up all night, and early walking. No rest or sleep to go on a 5hr drive home. Worst stay.

It is an old motel, not so close to the town.

Everyone was so nice and helpful at Ramada Arcata. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and all the staff we interacted with were enthusiastically helpful. This property is showing some wear and while the neighborhood is fine, outer doors were unlocked and there was no lighting on exterior stairs. We also had to ask for extra TP, soap, and towels during our 3-night stay. Mexican restaurant next door will give you 10% off for staying nearby; it offers generous portions and decently priced, good tasting Mexican food. We spent most of the time hiking and had great access to the parklands north of us.
