Panorama Terrace Apartments - Element Escapes

Great views, spacious, well equipped and great location. Was a real bonus to have a garage.

We stayed here for three nights and had a very comfortable experience. The main highlights of this large apartment were definitely the cosy gas fireplace in the living room and the heated floors in the bathrooms, which made the stay extra enjoyable, especially during colder weather. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were large and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing and added so much to the overall experience. The location was also excellent, just 5 min drive to main city area. A private carport was provided, which was very convenient, although it may be a little tight for larger vehicles. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to others.

Well equipped with cookware and laundry needs. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful when we needed assistance! Location’s really nicely situated in the heart of Queenstown

It was very warm and tidy, only 10 minutes from the town centre by foot

One of the cleaners walked in one morning by accident, and for the amount we had to pay we shouldn’t have been expected to take out rubbish and clean all the dishes

Great space. Plenty of facilities for family , cooking etc

Instructions not clear re gas bottle swap for gas fire. WiFi didn’t work for last day. Limited towels, for an apartment expect maybe extra couple of towels. But had washing facilities which was helpful.

Floors were badly damaged which didn't affect stay but they looked tired. Could do with an update.
