"The room was dirty and gross"

The location was OK. It was at a mall.

My room was dirty. I had roaches and sheets wasn’t clean. It was just disgusting.

"Originally booked for 3 nights but checked out before Noon after the second night. Refund needed"

No Ice making machine was working and when reported I was told there is nothing they can do but next day the 2nd floor could have been working

"Not good value, very disappointing for the price."

Clerk was nice.

Property was dirty. Room had 1 light not working, bathroom light barely working it was dim not full power. Smoke detector was tampered with, safety lock on door missing.
