"Nice facility and amenities; great customer service from most of the staff."

The room was wonderful. It was very clean and had just what was needed to make the stay comfortable. The check-in staff was really pleasant and one of the breakfast staff was exceptional, offering to help me get items that I needed (a family member I was in DE to visit needed help so I had to grab food and leave). The facilities looked great and the breakfast bar was well laid out well with lots of nice food options from which to choose.

The check-in attendant, although extremely pleasant and made me feel very welcome, assured me that the noise near my room would not be an issue. I asked because of how close I was to the lobby. I wasn't so much concerned about the morning since I get up early but I expressed concerned about nighttime noise. I didn't arrive until around 8:30ish and the noise continued in the hall for at least few more hours. Also, the attendant at the front desk (check out) was barely pleasant. He didn't smile AT ALL, barely mumbled anything when I handed him the key when I left. He almost seemed irritated that people would bother him. If I had that type of service checking in to the hotel, I would NEVER consider coming back. I'm in customer service and even train on it. This was not good.
