"Hilton needs to do something quick."

I’ve been staying at this location for years, and unfortunately, I’ve never seen it this bad. Breakfast has really declined—options are limited, portions are smaller, and much of the food feels like frozen, low-quality items. They used to offer a variety of fresh fruit like bananas, apples, and oranges, but now it’s restricted to just two choices. I was told this is the new “Embassy Standard,” which was disappointing to hear. Items like yogurt and eggs frequently run out as well. This used to be one of my family’s favorite places to stay, but it has clearly gone downhill. It feels like corners are being cut, possibly to save money, but it’s impacting the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here anymore, especially with newer options nearby that seem much better maintained (hopefully less weed smell too). Who blocks a gate with a van? The overall atmosphere has changed too—the general manager seemed unapproachable, and the staff didn’t appear very engaged or concerned. It’s disappointing to see such a decline, and I won’t be returning.

My stay went well. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and my parking was validated since I had a room for the night

I called the front desk to request an extra set of towels and wash clothes and they never came. Housekeeping came to the room only to see if I had checked out. I was very disappointed with that part of the stay.
