The breakfast and that our room was clean.

I stayed here solely for the pool for my kids and they didn’t tell us the pool was closed. This ruined our night. We stayed here and it was out of the way for what we were doing in Philly Just to be told that they don’t have to advertise when the pool is closed. Booking gave us a $15 credit that didn’t even scratch the surface of what we paid expecting a pool. Very extremely let down by this and it’s a shame this place is not more transparent.

I enjoyed the daily breakfast. It was very good and plentiful. The room was spacious with two large, working televisions. I appreciated the room microwave, frigerator, complimentary water and evening beverages. I liked the close proximity to historic district and the friendly shuttle driver upon my departure back to the airport

I didn't like that on my arrival, I had to wait over an hour for shuttle pickup, especially when I saw the other hotel shuttles come and go with more frequency. I called three times before someone finally came to pick me up. I also didn't like the sticky floors in and around the elevators. When I reported the very filthy elevator to the front desk clerk she didn't respond. I had to clean the bottom of my shoes of the sticky drinks spilled on the floor. I also had a a very bad view from my room that looked over the roof. The furniture looked a little beat up with scratches. Children running throughout the hotel was mildly disturbing
