"VERY noisy and horrible customer service"

Stayed here and at 3am a horn was going off for 30-60 second intervals for over a hour! I was not able to sleep so I called down to the front desk and asked for help. I was told there was nothing they could do. Horrible response when you are staying in a hotel to get a good nights sleep--they could have gone outside to see if they could get the truck to stop using their horn! I would never ever stay here again.

Always fun. Nice place. Great breakfast. Caution, you have to pay to park. Self park. Kinda sucks after you stay to find out. Might have stayed somewhere else

"One of the best stays we have had in all our trips to Washington."

The breakfast is exceptional! Something for everyone. We truly enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant. Everything was very convenient. We got to hotel around midnight and we were able to pickup food from the little shop. We were pleased to do our laundry before we returned home. Having the washer and dryer on each floor is great. We appreciated the size of the room.
