"Not gave the room r we reserved !"

The room was big but it was for disab led. House keeping was great!

I booked the room 3 was. ahead of time but when we got there they told us our 2 queen room had issues and we had to stay in a disabled room and it only had a king bed and a pull out bed!!!!!! Hello my husband is 6 foot and weights 240, ok my inlaws had to sleep in the bed! I got ni sleep because I was basically sleeping on top of my hubby!!! It was not right in any way. Then the people above us were running laps upstairs!!! They had no breakfast, and no coffee maker! There were teenagers playing tag outside til midnight! It was awful!!!!!!!

The staff were very nice

We found hair and stains in the bed in a couple rooms before choosing a room that was ok but the bathroom walls were really gross.
