There were a couple things that I did not care for at this hotel. One was the check in, talking to a person over a computer screen instead of a live body. I would rather have a person there for me to speak to. Im not even sure the person on the screen was in the state. Then the breakfast was HORRIBLE . We had to eat at Waffle House next door for breakfast.

Breakfast was very minimal, not much variety. Lobby was also very hot. Bathroom door would close properly. Bed cover had a stain.

I’ve stayed twice in the past month. Both rooms’ tiles in bathtub/shower combo need cleaning. Ideally, these should be cleaned each time the room is turned over, but it is obvious they aren’t cleaned in even a weekly basis: soap, conditioner, and shampoo were splattered and smeared. I asked for the tile to be cleaned the morning after my first night of my first stay, but it was never cleaned. The second stay was the same condition. Otherwise, the room was sparklingly clean!

the hotel smelled of wet bad carpet, the room smelled even worst, no air conditioning in the hotel just in the rooms, LANGUAGE BARRIER WITH CHECK IN STAFF, NO FRONT DESK STAFF, NO ONE TO BRING TOWELS ETC, I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN, JUST AWFUL!!!!!!!!

AIR CONDITIONING, KEEP THE PRICE THE SAME DO NOT CHANGE WHEN THE CUSTOMER ARRIVES OR TRY TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER CARD WHENPAY AT DESK HAS BEEN SELECTED WHEN BOOKING, SMELLY CARPET, DID NOT SLEEP IN THE BED DID NOT HAVE THE CLEANLINESS LOOK OR SMELL
