"Good other than the reception"

When checking in we asked if there was a discount as the hospital had suggested we ask. The person quickly replied it didnt matter because we were already booked. We had requested the first floor and asked if that was set up. He said no, we were on the top floor "But there are elevators". That was not even the reason we had requested the lower level.

The person who checked us is, which is the first impression of your hotel.

Amazing check-in hour (1:00pm) making this hotel a rarity. Our room was comfortable and the hotel had nice amenities. The continental breakfast was delightful and the coffee options (i.e., strong blend) highlighted the “start of the day” experience. Finally, the location lets you take in the downtown while giving you close and convenient access to the interstate when it’s time to leave.
