Float valve in toilet was stuck shut and wouldn't refill toilet tank. Told front desk staff every morning for 3 mornings but was not repaired.

Good breakfast options, with plenty of seating. Clean and comfortable. No decaf coffee offered at night?? Nowhere to walk around outside at night. Too busy and no sidewalks.

"Nice place, except...."

Everything...

This hotel chain is excellent. However, I did notice (especially since some people can't hide their feelings) that the first lady who assisted me was extremely cheerful—until she realized that I am not a native Anglophone, but from Quebec. Perhaps this is due to the aversion that many Americans are developing toward immigrants… I am Canadian, and I am not an illegal immigrant. The second lady at the reception was much more pleasant, as were the staff who attended me afterward. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

Friendly staff, very comfortable bed. Free breakfast.

4th time here and every time there were minor issues with the room. This time the light and air vent in the bathroom didn't work. And one wall had obvious water damage and the paint was chipping off.
