"Price location great roomed were clean staff was not the greatest breakfast don't waste you money to add it.."

Parking , the water was warm not hot made a comment and the assured me they will send someone and the next morning my shower was not hot

早餐很不錯，我是看了評價才選擇這個酒店的，有肉、蛋、酸奶、水果。負責早餐的工作人員也非常好。我們過了早餐時間，看到冰箱沒有牛奶了 ，正準備離開。早餐工作人員看到我們帶了兩個孩子，於是主動叫住我們，去廚房拿了兩瓶牛奶。正因為這個女士的善意，挽回了我們前一個晚上因為前台人員而對該酒店的極度不滿！

與booking.com報價不符，且在check in時才告知要支付extra tax。我們提出應該酒店跟booking.com磋商解決，再由網站發invoice通知我們，不應該直接由酒店向客人收取多出的費用！我們還提出，酒店官網價格與booking.com一致，為什麼到了check in時要收extra 的tax，前台工作人員態度非常輕蔑，他們要求我們自己與網站聯繫，還問我們究竟還要不要check in！開了三個多小時車程，怎麼可能不check in？他的做法讓我們感到被要挾！
