L’emplacement Le voiturier et une partie du personnel (en particulier du restaurant) sont fort sympathiques

- service incomplet et opaque (pas de bons pour déjeuner alors que c’est inclus, pas d’informations sur la caution, caution non remboursée, frais additionnels facturés sans explications) - la vue de notre chambre lit King-size avec vue donnait exclusivement sur des arbres; économisez vous les 10 ou 20$ par nuit (justification fumeuse du front desk) - NB: le déjeuner compris est en réalité un bon pour déjeuner (y compris les taxes), un pourboire d’au moins 20% est attendu en supplément du voucher et doit être payé par le client

Good location for sightseeing.

Property was under renovation and only one elevator was available and some amenities not available at all. Should have been made aware of this when reservation was made.

Clean room and bathroom, great beds, great food quality in the restaurant.

Unacceptable full maintenance for the price: Gym, two elevators over three (queue to go up and down all week and no access to staircase, unacceptable), restrooms in the lobby. Room service also wasn't high level (beds were poorly made).

La ubicacion es excelente, y el hotel es muy comodo. Se lo ve moderno y tambien que continuan trabajando en mantenerlo asi.

El personal de front desk no fue de mucha ayuda ayudandonos con paquetes que habiamos enviado. Amazon nos marcaba los paquetes entregados y ellos decian que no estaban ahi, y luego si los encontraron. No tiene sentido la tasa diaria que cobran, aunque luego te den botellas de agua..

The rooms were modern, a generous size, and new. The location was good too.

The elevator was very old and slow, but it looks like they are being upgraded. Also, the air conditioner was so loud it would wake me up at night and had to be shut off.

Antonio made the check-in process a breeze and I felt appreciated as a Hyatt member. The property was under renovation but even so, the stay was quiet and pleasant. Plenty of dining options nearby and the location is great. There are also washers and dryers on each floor should you require them. If you prefer a quieter scene and appreciate the Hyatt brand, I recommend this location. It superior to what you get at Union Square with all the traffic, noise and such.

Really a great vibe , rooms are really nicely designed and clean . Location is also very good since it’s close to Fisherman’s Wharf
