Be ware!! this location relies on the petty personal feelings/judgements of their unprofessional manager as to whether or not paying customers should be denied service! .... YOU MAY ARRIVE LATE AT NIGHT WITH ALL THE PROPER I D AND PAYMENT SOURCES ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO RENT A ROOM THERE!! ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY BECAUSE THIS IS A FIRST IN HISTORY!!! , YOU INQUIRE AS TO WHY NOT? THE CLERK LOOKS REALLY EMBARRASSED AND SAYS, " I DON'T KNOW, THERE'S JUST A NOTE HERE SAYING I'M NOT ALLOWED TO RENT TO YOU?" WHEN ASKED HOW SUCH A NOTE WOULD HAVE COME INTO EXISTENCE AND HOW THIS COULD EVEN HAPPEN?? THE CLERK REPLIED " I DON'T KNOW,..... I'M REALLY SORRY, THE MANAGER LEFT IT" SHOCKING UNPROFESSIONALISM!! It is not clear if its racial or gender profiling or just plain old jelousy/hatred....???? If I was you, I would save the humiliation of being discriminated against at the end of a night without a valid reason......

Travelled 4 hours to attend a concert in Kelowna. Checked in and left for said concert, got back late after 11pm. Spent the next hour or so with my partner not even talking both scrolling our phones as we hadn’t even been able to figure out how to get the tv to work. At around 1am there was a loud knock at the door. The supposed night staff was incredibly rude aggressive unprofessional, stated if he got another complaint we were OUT OF THERE. we were confused as we hadn’t been making any noise at all, when we tried to tell him he puffed up his cheeks pointing his finger in our face and saying ENOUGH. He actually called the cops and got us escorted out. No one would hear us state that it literally wasn’t coming from our room. I am shocked and appalled never in my life have I had such an experience at a hotel. Will never go to any of their hotels again and strongly urge you to beware of the night staff, never know when you’ll get kicked out of your room for absolutely nothing in the middle of the night.

Room was very nice and clean. Good location off the highway and walking distance to downtown.

I loved staying at the accent inns. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcomed with my pet.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with everything well-maintained. Breakfast had a great variety and was fresh and tasty each morning. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the hotel really stood out and made the stay feel relaxing and enjoyable.

We've spent a few vacations always staying at Accent, Victoria BC, Richmond BC, and Kelowna BC. This time was a wee bit disappointing in Kelowna simply because they've bought into this woke ideology or if you prefer ESG score card. Lobby washroom states gender-neutral. the little ducky on the edge of the tub, now has a pride flag on it's tiny little tail. Please don't take this as bigotry, some of my best friend's and family members identify as gay and even they are sick of all these corporate attempts. Do we really care about someone's sexual preference? Not this guy! So Accent, please get a grip, stop playing into ESG one of the largest scams to keep shareholders and bankers happy and customers wondering do I spend my dollar with Accent regardless of great informative friendly staff and clean rooms.
